PLEASE READ THE BELOW INFORMATION CAREFULLY TO UNDERSTAND OUR UNIQUE WAITING LIST PROCESS:
Completing our Waiting List is very simple - just complete our CONTACT US FORM
We ONLY need the information from this form to appropriately contact you
Please complete a new form for each child needing care
If you complete this form and need care now, we will only contact you if we know of space currently available
You can see our current vacant openings here on our CHILD CARE OPENINGS PAGE. Follow those directions if you see an opening that meets your child care needs
ONLY when we have openings will you be contacted via EMAIL. Please make sure our emails go to your inbox and NOT junk/spam
We ONLY email families who need care in the time frame we have an opening. This means if you wait listed for December you will not receive and email from us when we're notifying our July wait listed families
Once you receive an email from us stating we have OPENINGS please be sure to contact us IMMEDIATELY for we fill our openings on a FIRST-COME-FIRST-SERVE basis
By being on our Waiting List, you are also agreeing to joining our MAILING/EMAIL List. You may unsubscribe at anytime, but please be aware that if you unsubscribe from our emails, you may not receive any emails notifying you of openings coming available
WAITING LIST DETAILS CONTINUED
It is FREE to get onto our Waiting List!
You are wait listing on our general Waiting List. We will try to match you with your preferred month, neighborhood, and any other requests, however due to limited space, we may not be able to match you with all of your preferences
We will ONLY contact you once a spot has become available. Typically, the most notice we receive of a spot coming available is within our required 8-week notice of termination period. Also, feel free to visit our website at anytime to see our current vacant CHILD CARE OPENINGS
You will remain on our Waiting List until you request to be taken off or unsubscribe
Our child care spots are filled on a FIRST-COME-FIRST-SERVE basis. We DO NOT have the typical order and "place in line" like daycare centers for our waiting list. We will contact you in a blast email with other families who have wait listed needing care in the same month(s). We will ONLY email families needing care in the month(s) that we have openings (i.e. families needing care in December will not be emailed being notified of our July openings.) Once you receive our email announcing we have openings, contact us immediately to schedule your Complimentary Tour and Interview. We schedule our Tours and Interviews on a FIRST-COME-FIRST-SERVE basis
Our child care opening(s) will remain open until a family registers for that opening
After your Complimentary Interview and Tour, you have exclusivity until 6pm the next business day to contact our Main Office to secure your child’s enrollment by making your deposit payment (Deposit = Registration Fee + 1st Month of Tuition.) If you do not contact our Main Office by 6pm the following business day, the spot available opens back up to families on a first-come-first-serve basis
DEPOSIT: Is your 1st month’s FULL tuition payment PLUS Registration Fee. These are non-refundable and your deposit (minus registration fee) will apply 100% towards your starting month. Your deposit is due at time of registration, no exceptions
If your start date is mid-month, we’ll prorate your starting month and the remainder of your deposit will carry over as a credit to the next month
An opening may come available sooner than you need. If you choose to enroll earlier when the spot is available, this is a great opportunity to use the extra time to help transition you and your child into our child care program! Whether you are still on maternity leave or transitioning from another child care program, this extra time has much value! Most of our families, who use this extra time, find it very helpful in transitioning themselves and their child, helping them feel more comfortable and secure in their child care experience.
